Blue Mountain Ski Area is a premier ski resort located in the Pocono Mountains near Allentown, Pennsylvania.  Blue Mountain Ski Area offers the most vertical feet of all Pennsylvania ski resorts, meaning you get big thrills when you ski or snowboard Blue Mountain’s 33 trails.  And, with the only detachable, high-speed, six-pack chairlift in the area, you’ll spend more time on the slopes and less time waiting for a ride up the mountain.  Snowboarders will find exciting slides, rails and a 350-foot long halfpipe in the resort’s three expertly-groomed terrain parks.  Want to try a new snow sport?  Blue Mountain Ski Area’s new Snow Tubing Center offers 19 slides accessible by three chairlifts.  Race on your own, or grab a friend for an exciting downhill ride.  When it’s time to recharge, enjoy a hot beverage or hearty meal at the Valley Lodge and Summit Lodge.

Blue Mountain Ski Area is located just 17 miles from Allentown, Pennsylvania, off Route 145 North.  The resort is open from December through April, weather and snow conditions permitting.
